When it shows that other physicians are 'Watching' your call assignment, it means that they are interested in the shift, but have not yet decided to claim the shift for whatever reason. Often times the physician interest in the call assignment doesn't see value in the offer price and would claim the assignment if it was a higher value. You can either increase the shift offer or wait to see if another physician claims the shift at the offered price.
  • What if the physician who picked up my call assignment doesn't show for the call time?
The physician who picks up your call assignment is also prompted in the app to call the respective hospital letting the hospital know they are now claiming the call assignment. • What happens if I click the heart icon next to a call assignment?
When you click the heart icon it tells the posting physician that you are 'Watching' their call assignment, meaning you are interested in the shift, but have not yet decided to claim the shift for whatever reason. Often times physicians don't see the value in the offer price and would claim the assignment if it was a higher value. The posting physician can either increase the offer price or wait to see if another physician claims the shift at the original price.
